I decided to wear this while out dress shopping despite the cold. To say the least it definitely felt nice to be in mostly spring clothes rather than bundled up in sweaters. The top is a surprise buy because I wasn't planning on trying the peplum top trend, but after I tried it on I saw that it was actually quite flattering. Can't wait for more spring surprises.
